Adibuzz Terms & Conditions

1. Passengers must check-in at the departure point; otherwise, the ticket will be considered void, and no refund will be given.

2. Passengers must bring their Traveloka e-ticket during check-in.

3. Passengers are fully responsible for their personal belongings. The bus operator is not liable for lost or misplaced passenger items.

Adibuzz Refund Policy

1. To cancel your ticket and ask for a refund, call Adibuzz at (021)2816979513 or go to the Adibuzz agent office at your departure point.

2. Bring your official identification document (KTP/SIM) and Traveloka e-ticket when canceling your ticket booking.

3. Cancellation can only be done at the latest 24 hours before departure time.

4. Refund amount is 75% of the ticket price.

5. Collect your refund at the Adibuzz agent office at your departure point.

2. Reschedule can only be done at the latest 1 day before departure time.
