Rosalia Indah

Around 1987, Rosalia Indah began to expand its business by adding Intercity Within Province (AKDP) travel services in the form of bus fleet management and operations. However, competition from similar businesses in the Central Java region meant that this service could not last long. 

Then, entering 1991, Rosalia Indah decided to change the focus of their bus services, from AKDP to Interprovincial City Intercity (AKAP) in the midst of increasingly fierce competition. This was followed by the development of service routes from Solo or Blitar to Jakarta. At the same time, Rosalia Indah added another fleet of five buses with Hino engines. However, this fleet does not have air conditioning. 

Until finally, on April 10, 2015, Rosalia Indah officially assumed the status of a Limited Liability Company under the legal name PT Rosalia Indah Transport.

Bus Type

In carrying out operations to deliver passengers to various routes in Java and Sumatra, Rosalia Indah has several types and classes of buses, namely: 

• First Class Double Decker (DD), with AC, LCD TV, toilet, music, blanket, pillow, snack, free internet, foot rest, meal, mineral water, leg rest, reclining seat 1-1 for 2 seats, bolster, and steward/flight attendant service.
• Super Top Double Decker (DD), with air conditioning, LCD TV, 2-2 reclining seats, toilet, music, blanket, pillow, snack, free internet, foot rest, meal, mineral water, leg rest, and flight attendant service.
• Executive Plus DD, with AC, LCD TV, 2-2 reclining seats, toilet, music, blanket, pillow, snack, free internet, foot rest, meal, mineral water, leg rest, and flight attendant service.

• Super Top SHD, with air conditioning, LCD TV, reclining seat 2-1, toilet, music, blanket, pillow, snack, mineral water, meal, foot rest, leg rest, and flight attendant service.

• Executive Plus, available 28-30 seats and Executive Plus UHD & SHD 28-30-36 seats, with air conditioning, toilet, LCD TV, music, blankets, pillows, snacks, meals, mineral water, foot rest, leg rest, recliner seat 2-2, free internet. 

• Executive Class, available in 32 and 36 seats with air conditioning, toilet, LCD TV, music, blanket, pillow, meal, mineral water, foot rest, leg rest, seat 2-2.

• Micro Bus, 18 seats available with air conditioning, music, blankets, pillows, meals, and mineral water. 

• Travel Hiace, available 10 seats with air conditioning, music, snacks, and mineral water.

Bus Policy

• Online reservations can be made at least H-1 of the departure schedule.
• Check the ticket before leaving the Agent counter and make sure the Day, Date, Fleet Class, Departure Time, Destination City, Passenger Name are correct and paid in full.
• Official Rosalia Indah tickets include Jasa Raharja Insurance.
• Children with a minimum height of 90 cm are charged in full.
• Passengers are prohibited from smoking during the journey.
• Items and securities (jewelry, diplomas, certificates, etc.) as well as electronic items (TV, PC, AC, Laptop/Notebook/Tab, Camera, etc.) are prohibited in luggage
• Electronic items in luggage will be charged 50% of the ticket price, if damage/loss occurs, it is not the responsibility of Rosalia Indah.
• No glassware, flammables, firearms, sharp weapons, chemicals, drugs, animals, food, and sharp-smelling fruit.
• Power banks are prohibited from being charged in the fleet and luggage is prohibited.

Refund and Reschedule Policy

Cancellation

• Ticket cancellations are made a maximum of H-1 from the scheduled departure and are subject to an administration fee of 25% of the ticket fare.
• Cancellation cannot be made if you have previously made changes to the departure schedule (forward / backward days).
• Cancellation cannot be made on the day of departure and the ticket money is non-refundable (considered forfeited).
• Online ticket refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

Schedule Changes

• Schedule changes (forward / backward) can be made as long as there is still seat availability, a maximum of H-1 from the departure schedule.
• Changes to the departure schedule can only be made 1 (one) time, given a maximum period of 7 (seven) days from the scheduled departure. If you have made a schedule change before, you cannot make a change again.
• If the passenger has made a schedule change and cannot depart, then the ticket is considered forfeited.
• Requests for changes to departure schedules with fleet class adjustments (Upgrade or Downgrade) may be made with additional fares according to the fleet class and as long as seat availability is still available. However, for class downgrade, the fare difference is non-refundable.

You can pay for your bus tickets via bank transfer (ATM/SMS Banking/e-banking/bank teller), credit card, or with cash at mini markets (Alfamart).

Your bus e-ticket will be sent to you via email and SMS after your payment is confirmed. You can also see your e-ticket via My Booking at the homepage.
You need to exchange the e-ticket with a paper ticket from bus operator. Show this e-ticket to the bus staff at your boarding point to get your paper ticket.
