• Prospective passengers are required to present a rapid antigen test result no more than 24 hours before departure time or a negative PCR test result conducted a maximum of 48 hours before departure.
• Each passenger is allowed to carry only one piece of carry-on baggage, with a maximum weight of 20 kg.
• Please note that departure times, types of vehicles used, and travel routes are subject to change at any time due to operational factors.
• To reserve a seat, passengers can do so, but must include a down payment (DP).

Refund & Reschedule Policy

To cancel, you can contact us directly via Whatsapp and please show proof of conversation to Admin when placing an order. However, it is important to know if there is a fee that will be charged if canceling. Cancellation of departure must be reported to Admin at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. 

If the cancellation is made when the driver is already at the pick-up location, a fee of 50% of the agreed price will be charged. However, it should be noted that there are not always refunds from canceled travel bookings, mainly because the payment system is made in cash at the time of pick-up by the driver. Therefore, there is no refund system available in this case.
