Lang Tengah Island – The eastern coast of Peninsular Malaysia is home to several scenic islands, like the famous Redang Island, Perhentian Kecil or Perhentian Besar to list a few. Just 22.5 kilometres off Merang Jetty, the lesser developed Lang Tengah Island prides itself to be the ideal getaway for travellers seeking some quiet respite. There are four boat rides to Lang Tengah at 8 am, 10 am, 1 pm, and 4 pm which takes approximately 40 minutes and the fare is PHP1000 per person. Seberang Takir – Seberang Takir is known for being a small and quaint fisherman's village off the coast of Kuala Terengganu. Visitors are welcome to visit the village and you will find a boatman to take you across from the main jetty in Kuala Terengganu. Make sure however to be respectful as this is a real working village.
