Alternatively, you can use EZ-Link card to board the bus. If you want to use the bus to City Hall, you can take a bus from the Changi Airport passenger terminal number 36. If you want to take a taxi, you can take a taxi at the arrival level at each terminal at Changi Airport. Travelling to the city will take about 30 minutes and the fare is between $ 20 and $ 40. Taxi fares in Singapore are using meters and there is an additional airport surcharge for all trips from Changi Airport. From Friday to Sunday at 5pm until midnight, a $ 5 surcharge will be charged to passengers. Meanwhile, $ 3 surcharge will be charged at other times.

The last train to Tanah Merah Station connecting the city and Changi Airport Station is at 11.18 pm. For those of you who want to travel from the city centre to Changi Airport using the train, the first train from Tanah Merah Station departing to Changi Airport Station is at 5.20am on Monday to Saturday while 5.47am on Sundays and public holidays. The last service of the train from Tanah Merah Station to Changi Airport Station is at 11:50 pm.
