Cititrans Shuttle

Citi Transindo Executive Shuttle, or commonly known as Cititrans, is a transportation service company established in Bandung on 11 September 2005. With its first office on Jalan Imam Bonjol, Cititrans commenced operations with a fleet of four Isuzu Elf 77 PS. This fleet was used to serve the roundtrip route of Bandung – Sudirman Jakarta with a departure of every two hours. In 2006, Cititrans moved to Jalan Dipati Ukur No. 53, Bandung and expanded its service to cover several areas in Jakarta. It opened new routes, such as the roundtrip routes Bandung – Fatmawati and Bandung – Kelapa Gading. Cititrans also continued to increase the number of buses in its fleet to support its operational activities. It had up to 80 units by 2012. At the end of 2012, Cititrans expanded its wings by launching CitiFlyer, a shuttle service connecting Bandung – Soekarno Hatta International Airport to facilitate customers traveling to and from the airport. This service comes in Premium and Executive classes, equipped with sufficient facilities and scheduled hourly departures. Still within the same year, Cititrans started developing a freight and logistics business by launching Citi Express Delivery. While in early 2013, Cititrans tried to expand into the premium car rental service by launching Citi Premium Rent. This business unit was developed as a response to customer needs in areas that Cititrans had not yet covered, such as Bali, Lombok, and Sumatra. All these achievements did not stop Cititrans in continuously making innovations. This shuttle operator continued to make new breakthroughs to make sure it is always at the top amongst competitors. On its ninth anniversary celebration, Cititrans reached a big milestone by launching a premium unit of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, as well as establishing itself as the first shuttle operator in Indonesia that uses this MVP car. This new fleet is also presented as a special gift to its loyal customers. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter has a capacity of 12 passengers and has been equipped with premium facilities, such as spacious and ergonomic seats, USB ports and reading lamps in all seats, and a high roof to make getting in and out of the vehicle easier for passengers. This MVP vehicle also makes trips more enjoyable for passengers thanks to its very comfortable cabin interior. Operating more than 100 units of vehicle, Cititrans currently has seven departure points in Jakarta and three in Bandung. In addition to the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Cititrans also uses a new fleet of Toyota Hiace Commuter with a capacity of 8 passengers, Toyota Dyna, and Hino Dutro with a capacity of 10 passengers. Cititrans also continuously offers maximal services by regularly renewing its fleet in anticipation of traffic accidents, training its drivers to drive well and safely, and ensuring that its drivers are always in a fit condition. This shuttle operator also provides comfort for customers who are waiting for their departure schedule by providing pools with complete facilities that range from sofas, televisions, and magazines, to air-conditioned rooms. Its loyal customers can also benefit from the membership programs through Cititrans cards, whose cardholders are entitled to discounts and prizes. All these efforts were done in accordance with the company's mission to continuously provide executive transportation services for customers’ satisfaction and loyalty. For these services, Cititrans has now managed to become one of the major players in shuttle service business in Bandung. Andrew Arristianto, CEO of Cititrans, even became the candidate for Bandung’s Marketeers of the Year 2017 from Indonesia Marketeers Festival 2017. This award was given as his dedication has brought a positive impact on the company.

Cititrans Terms & Conditions

1. Children age 4 years and above must buy full price tickets.

2. Passengers are allowed to carry 2 items of baggage, consisting of 1 smaller item (e.g. handbag) that can be stored under the passenger’s seat, and 1 additional baggage with a maximum size of 65 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm. This additional item will be stored in the baggage storage area if available (first come first serve). If space is no longer available, baggage will be transferred to the next shuttle.

3. Passengers are not allowed to carry items that may disturb the comfort of other passengers (e.g. items with strong odor, animals).

4. Passengers are responsible of their belongings and Cititrans will not be responsible for any loss of personal items.

5. Cititrans has the authority to deny boarding to passengers, or to cancel shuttle departure, when necessary.

6. Passenger failing to arrive at the boarding point on time cannot ask for a refund.

7. Departure time, route, and vehicle type can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.

8. If departure is delayed for more than 2 hours, the passengers can request for a refund. The refund process may take up to 14 working days.

9. If the shuttle is canceled due to mechanical failure or other reasons, the passengers will get a full refund.

10. If the shuttle experiences mechanical disruption for more than 60 minutes during the trip (e.g. engine breaks down, AC stops working), passengers will get a free-ride voucher that can be used for the next booking.

CITITRANS REFUND POLICY : After booking is complete, your ticket cannot be canceled and you cannot ask for a refund.

CITITRANS RESCHEDULE POLICY : You cannot change your bus schedule after booking is complete
