This is the hotel that makes you feel you are staying at 5* hotel instead. The service is amazing, the food also very good, and all the staffs are very attentive to our needs. The facilities I think quite excellent for the price that they offered. The room is also spacious and very clean. Free minibar everyday is an added bonus. All in, I think I am happy with the service. Nice hotel. Clean and comfy rooms with bright colors. Easy to check in no need to pay deposit. Easy to using wifi. Good service. I got the free upgrade room with the promo price from app! A living room with city views, a minibar with mini fridge, a toilet, a master bedroom, a large bathroom with separated closet and shower room completed with bathtub. Many power sockets, functional lamps, 2 TV, functional towels, completed with bolsters, a bath salt, 2 pairs of comfy sandals, 4pcs tea and coffee compliments, a weight measure, a hairdryer, locker, and bath clothes also. always like to the pay attentions for details and decorated towels also on the bed. Nice pools views and breakfast rooms also. Recommended to come back again to stays here💖

The location is perfect, with a lot of culinary nearby. Limited parking area. The room is clean, smell smoke, but they come and spray the air freshener. The pool is great.

The location is only a few light walks away from Tunjungan Plaza, which is nice. The room itself is nice and a proper rest is possible here. I applaud the shower too which has functioning partition door to separate it from the toilet. For this price, its really good!

The room was good enough, it just a little bit noisy when you get the top floor. However, the breakfast serves very well, tasty with many variant menu that you can choose.

One of the best new hotel. The staff was very friendly and amazingly some of them asked my name and everytime I met them they called me with my name. It was a great effort. The food taste was standard for 5 star hotel (I tried in room dining and makan kitchen) but the portion was so great. This is the first time I ate in room dining in hotel and really full. The breakfast is really complete most of everything was there except smoked salmon (but its okay it just my preference). The room was spacious. I was not stay at suite but the room was spacious. The amanities was great, but it supose to have pairs of everything since my booking is for 2 pax. But I only have one and need to request (but they just came right away). Location was great. At the city center. Near with local street food and mall. Definitely will come back again.
