Nice... Great place to stay. recommended place

A little bit hard to find the location, however, all paid off with good hotel and nice place. Clean and cold room. Good service and professional. Located at the old city of Surabaya, near jl Gula, Jembatan Merah and Jl Panggung. There are atm bca near the hotel. Fair price :)

Thank you for the great hospitality during my short escape to surabaya. It an honour to met with the superb gm Mrs. Odek. And a Compliment also to Mr. Reno who handled my reservation upon ci, thank you so much. Some point that you need to improve are how to handling complain and control the ego, I believe you can be a good leader oneday.

For backpackers still fine, cost enough fair.
