Nice hotel, comfortable and a favorite when going to Surabaya.

Stayed here many times and the service is as good as it was, but please stop making your guest waiting for very long time after check-out to wait for your"room checking"ritual. I've had enough waiting for room checking from 5-15 minutes after check out.

Clean and helpful, good for all members.

All of so badly, old hotel and a lot of broken in room, hot water not working, you get a charge of parking from the security, I thin, not recommended for safety stay.

Overall it was quite impressive except the bathing towels look old and yellowish.

Excellent value for money. The room is nice an clean, the bathroom is clean as well and the water pressure is amazing. Highly recommend.
