A highly recommended hotel for a family staycation. The facilities are complete, the staff is friendly, and even if your luggage isn't too heavy, they offer to carry it three times. There's a welcome drink. Ample parking inside the building. The swimming pool is great. The food is excellent.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. I've stayed here many times for events in Surabaya. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The hot water was flowing. The price was affordable. The location is strategic. There are many food options around the hotel, including a minimarket, and for breakfast, pecel rice is just a short walk in front of the Samsat office, if I'm not mistaken—it's just a short walk from the hotel. Overall, it's very good.

My first stay at Neo Gubeng, my expectations were probably the same as a typical 3-star hotel. From the start, the friendly staff helped me with parking. Check-in was hassle-free. I was immediately admitted to my room, with the staff promptly providing an extra bed. Thankfully, I stayed in a family room with a 10-month-old baby, and it was safe. The breakfast menu was also quite good, although not very varied, but the taste was delicious and not bland. Hopefully, Neo Gubeng will maintain its quality service 🙏

I booked three rooms (a suite and a deluxe) and were assigned rooms on adjacent floors, which was very convenient since we were traveling with family. When we encountered a problem with one of the rooms, we immediately contacted reception, and they responded quickly, offering a room change. The bellboy and receptionist were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and bright. While the hotel is quite old, it remains comfortable and well-maintained. For its affordable price, this hotel is well worth it.

the place is really really comfortable for just transit, privacy is very awake, I'm the kind of person who sleeps other than in my own room usually it's difficult or even impossible at all but yesterday even if it was just a short time I was able to sleep 🥹 recommended! I think I will come here often just to relax... 🫶🏻
