We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

The first time I stayed at this hotel was very good, the staff were very friendly, and very helpful when there were problems, fast response, I recommend it here, if I go to Surabaya again, I can stay at this hotel again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wyndham Surabaya for 4 days and 4 nights, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. This 5-star hotel at Jl. Basuki Rahmat is truly in the heart of Surabaya - close to Tunjungan Plaza, great location, but once you enter the lobby you feel pure luxury and calm away from the city buzz. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, modern, and very comfortable with everything I needed - fast WiFi, Smart TV, cozy bedding, and a beautiful city view. Breakfast buffet at Tangerine Restaurant was outstanding with so many Indonesian and international options. The outdoor pool, gym and spa facilities were top-notch. But what made this stay truly unforgettable was the service. A very special mention to Ms. Eva - she is an asset to Wyndham Surabaya. Her hospitality is exceptional. Always smiling, very professional, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. She handled everything with such grace and genuine care. Great staff like Eva is the reason guests come back. To the entire team at Wyndham Surabaya - thank you for 4 amazing days. You have set a very high standard. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Surabaya. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff is very friendly, the elevator smells good, all the rooms smell good, the hotel is clean and tidy, the food is delicious.

Had a great 3 nights at Sahid. Secure Wi-Fi, good hot water, free room upgrade, smart TV, good breakfast, hairdryer and iron available, good room service, and a welcome drink. Close to culinary spots, malls, the Submarine Monument, and Gubeng Station. It was a blast!

The hotel staff is very friendly, every morning it is cleaned, all equipment is changed starting from sheets, bedcovers, pillowcases, towels, and other bathroom equipment.

We were greeted by friendly staff and checked in quickly and without a long wait. Simply state your name, and your details are immediately available. You'll then be asked for your ID card for verification and given your room key. You'll be ushered into your room, where the air conditioning is already on and cooling.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from the train station. The receptionist was very helpful and kind, even prepared breakfast in the box for us after knowing we have to check out very early to catch up for the train. The room was clean and nice.

Upon entering the hotel lobby, you're greeted by a delightful aroma, a clean, tidy vibe. The hallway leading to the rooms and inside also smell wonderful. It's very clean and comfortable, just 6 minutes from Gubeng Station. I'll definitely be back.

I spent two memorable nights here for a weekend. One of my favorite things about the hotel is the rooftop pool, which offers stunning city views and makes relaxing even more enjoyable. The gym is also excellent, with a stunning view that makes exercising even more enjoyable. The location is strategic, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calming and perfect for unwinding. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
