We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

The most pleasant stay, feels as comfortable as your own home, the cleanliness is really good, the employees are all friendly, clean towels, clean bathrooms, always come back here every time to Surabaya. The best and recommend.

The staff is all friendly. The kids can go on missions to find Dinos and get stamps, which they can then exchange for coloring books. The breakfast menu is also varied. The pastries are delicious. I'd definitely come back here again if I were on holiday; it's so comfortable.

Strategic location, perfect price, not expensive and cheap (especially cheap when on sale). But the room is very spacious, clean, with excellent facilities, and nothing is broken. The public areas are okay. This is my fourth stay here.

The gym is also excellent, with a stunning view that makes exercising even more enjoyable. Friendly staff, strategic location, small playground in the lobby, quite large and clean rooms, complete amenities, and sofa beds. Just go downstairs and you can access Kaza Mall. There's a cinema, playground on every floor, and a food court. So you won't have to worry about finding food and entertainment! Definitely will come back again someday! Thank you

I've been a regular when I'm in Surabaya, staying here often. Affordable, clean rooms, a clean swimming pool, a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere, and a view I love overlooking the Suramadu Bridge. It's close to everything. There's no breakfast, but there are plenty of eateries nearby. I really enjoyed staying here :)
