We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

The staff was very friendly, there was access to Pakuwon City Mall, and the hotel was very clean. If I were to return to Surabaya, I would definitely stay here again. It's really convenient because you don't have to leave the hotel anymore because it's in the same area as the mall with its many culinary options. Highly recommended for those traveling to Surabaya. Thank God, I stayed here for two nights and it was comfortable. The room was quite comfortable. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. It's close to the city center, malls, and markets. The room facilities were also good, including towels, soap, toothbrushes, free drinking water, and tea and coffee making facilities.
