Receptionist not practical @ 2nd floor due to guest need to bring their bag to lift & stop at 2nd floor. Kindly improve the process to create customer satisfaction & easier.

Hotel room standard 2-3. Breakfast so simple, only 2 main menu everyday (Fried Noodle/Fried Kwetiau + Sosis), Slice bread and water. We stay for 2 night/2 rooms. The advantage only location. In front of Island hospital.
