The airport is in Cabatuan, Iloilo, with a separate road journey into the city.
Scoot launched direct Singapore service in 2025 and continues to market the route. Select your dates to see the offered itinerary.
Cebu Pacific's notice is carrier-specific: it lists its late-October 2026 suspension periods. It does not establish an airport-wide suspension.
Don Mueang (DMK), rather than Suvarnabhumi (BKK).
The tourism guide identifies SM City Iloilo as the city drop-off; allow for the remaining trip to your accommodation.
Use your flight number with the operating airline and airport displays for the status of a particular flight.
No. A suspension's stated end date does not by itself confirm operation on a later travel date.
Iloilo International Airport (ILO) is in Cabatuan, outside Iloilo City. A useful flight plan has two parts: selecting the right domestic or international itinerary, then arranging the road journey to your actual city destination. International services can change by airline, so an airport's name or an old route announcement is not a complete flight schedule.
Scoot markets Singapore flights from Iloilo. It announced the direct route's launch for April 14, 2025, and its route page continues to offer Iloilo–Singapore journeys. Select the actual travel dates when comparing options; the original launch frequency should not be reused as today's timetable.
Carrier-specific changes also matter. Cebu Pacific's notice updated June 6, 2026 lists Iloilo–Bangkok Don Mueang suspensions through October 24, 2026, Iloilo–Singapore through October 23 and Singapore–Iloilo through October 24. These dates describe that carrier's published suspension periods, not an airport-wide closure or a guaranteed restart immediately afterward.
For planning, select the travel date and compare the actual departure airport, operating carrier and stops. An itinerary sold from Iloilo to an overseas city may connect elsewhere in the Philippines. A result for Bangkok also needs its airport identified: Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi are different destinations.
For today's flight, use the flight number in the airline's status information and airport departure displays. A route's advertised availability and the operating status of one booked flight answer different questions. If a change affects an existing ticket, follow the carrier's booking-specific notification.
The provincial government places the airport in Cabatuan and identifies access through Cabatuan and the Pavia–Santa Barbara–Cabatuan approach. Set the terminal as the road destination for departure, rather than simply navigating to Iloilo City.
For arrival, have the accommodation's district and address ready. City Proper, Mandurriao and other city destinations require an onward road journey from the airport; a flight to ILO does not end at a downtown transport terminal.
The Philippines tourism guide identifies shared shuttle vans from the arrivals area to SM City Iloilo, alongside taxi and Grab options. A shared van is useful when that city drop-off fits the rest of your journey and your luggage is manageable.
A taxi or app-booked vehicle is more direct for a hotel away from the van's endpoint, a group with several bags or travelers who want to avoid changing vehicles. Compare the full trip to the hotel, including any onward ride from SM City, rather than only the first airport leg.
When an international option is unavailable on your date, compare a connecting itinerary with the operating airline's stated arrangements. Cebu Pacific's suspension guidance gives Manila connections as an alternative for its affected Singapore and Don Mueang routes.
Keep the domestic and international legs clear when assessing the journey. A self-assembled pair of tickets should not be assumed to have the same baggage handling or missed-connection arrangements as the carrier's offered connection. The useful comparison is the complete itinerary, including the transfer process.
