Had a great stay, perfect for family vacation. Staffs were great and very attentive. Room was very neat and clean, the food was also delicious, however did find some expired sugars on the table but the staff quickly replaced it. Pool was great too, exceptionally clean and not crowded, overall a really pleasant experience and will definitely come back again for a longer stay

We stayed at 2 different units. One with three bedrooms and another one is a studio. Check-in was smooth. They had a check-in time at 3 pm and we came around 3.15-ish, so we had to wait for 20 minutes because there was a queue. It wasn't a problem. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating by putting our units on the same floor and literally next to each other (which is GREAT!), even though we had to wait because the previous renter of the studio had a late checkout. Both units were clean. The kitchen in the three-bedroom unit was complete. They provided a frying pan, boiling pan, plates, bowls, spoons and forks, electric stove, cups, wine glasses, microwave, and a new sponge on the sink. The outdoor swimming pool was huge and pretty! To enter, one adult needs one access card, though. Just FYI. Definitely a great place to stay with the whole family. Thank you.

Spacious room. Good services from the staffs. We stayed here during emergency PPKM, so the breakfast was delivered to our room. Swimming pool still can be used but we prefer not to.

Great pool for Kids! Love the hospitality from the staffs. Great choices of breakfast. Love every bit of it, we had a very great time.

The room is clean, the foods are delicious, and i really love the hospitality of the employees. The securities are really great. They are always ready to help the guest. Good job El Royale. Keep it up!

Best hotel in north Jakarta! I am work from hotel and I'm so happy 😊 the pool is best! And the last one is this hotel close with mall. I will come back ASAP!

It was a great place, of course. Too bad I left a bad memory for the staff there because I forgot to prepare cash for deposit. But the staff was very friendly and said that “it’s okay because it’s already late. Just remember to prepare deposits in the future,” I felt real bad. The food was pretty decent and all in all was a great stay. Deal was a steal. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We had a great staycation during the holiday, the kids love it, although the swimming pool is quite small compare to the size of this hotel and the number of visitor, hope next time the swimming pool will be bigger

It was my second time stay in this hotel, the hotel is awesome like usual. The room is big, clean, fast wifi, good food, nice air con, they clean the bedroom very fast and really well. The staff also really friendly and helpful! thank you for the hospitality!

Choose to stayed here because I feel safe here, especially with the strict reservation policy & health protocol. And lucky me, I got upgraded to a bigger room with fantastic view (8th floor). Supposed to be for a short trip but turns into a Very memorable stay.

Room is clean. Only the check in took quite a long time. They can only do check in at 3 PM unlike other place. However the room and facilities are clean. Special thanks to the room boy who have helped me bringing my luggage Mr. Sophian. He provided an excellent service. My comment is make the check in time earlier.
