However, only AirAsia provides a direct flight from Singapore to Langkawi. The other two airlines need to transit at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia first before making a flight to Langkawi. The cheapest airfare is offered by AirAsia with SGD 86 only for a two-way flight. When you have reached Langkawi International Airport, you can take a taxi or rent a car to get to the city centre. Airport taxi counters are located at the baggage claim area and terminal exit. One-way taxi fares from the airport are fixed. When you have arrived at Kuala Perlis Bus Terminal, you have to walk only 5 minutes to the Kuala Perlis Ferry Terminal and then take the ferry to Langkawi. Travelling from Kuala Perlis Ferry Terminal to Kuah Jetty will take up to 1 hour and 19 minutes by using ferry. When you have arrived at Kuah Jetty, you can rent a car or take a taxi to your hotel or the city centre.
