Surprisingly the rooms are really good, spacious and quite aesthetic, beyond my expectations because the price is really affordable. The amenities turned out to be really wow, got an electric cable, electric kettle, soap, shampoo, toothbrush + toothpaste, towel, coffee (nescafe), tea (tong tji), sugar (gulaku). The TV is also a smart TV so you can watch Netflix and others. The point is, this room is really worth the prize, no complaints ✨ in the lobby they also sell pop noodles and some soft drinks if you're too lazy to go out or forget to buy them

I've been a regular when I'm in Surabaya, staying here often. Affordable, clean rooms, a clean swimming pool, a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere, and a view I love overlooking the Suramadu Bridge. It's close to everything. There's no breakfast, but there are plenty of eateries nearby. I really enjoyed staying here :)

Stayed 1 night here, really liked it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the facilities are complete, there is a gym, there are yoga classes too, if I had known from the beginning I would have joined too hehe, the swimming pool is also okay, very clean, and when there are not many people so you can swim as much as you like. Outside the lobby is also complete, there is an Indomaret Alfamart, there is even peco-peco sushi. Next time I will stay here again with my extended family

Best Western Papilio Hotel

Having a staycation with my best friend. We also brought our kids. The hotel is family and kids friendly. The staffs are kindly and helpful. The ambiance is comfortable. The room is clean, either. We also tried to have breakfast. The food was also tasty, and I preferred the local food. Kids enjoyed the food, especially the sweets. There is also an indoor playground for the kids. We really enjoyed staying in Best Western Papilio Hotel. Thank you for the great service.

POP! Hotel Diponegoro Surabaya

The hotel is great for a short escape. The location is very strategic, the room is wide and clean, the service is excellent! They gave me a non-smoking room as I requested and I am so grateful for that. And what great next is that they gave guests a reusable and refilled water bottle and glasses so that no plastic wasted. Go Green!
