I requested for borrow spoon and fork because I buy take outs food. I called them since 10 PM and they said they will send to us. Until 30 minute, and 1 hour I try to call twice and again said they will send to us. But until I eat with my bare hand and we slept through the night I never got any of spoon and fork and apologies from the hotel. So. I don't know its because of they have full occupancy or just because we call the service in the night time so they just don't want to send us what we need? But with the full occupancy is it how you treat your customer right?

The room is ok and still acceptable. Not that clean but still I can tolerate with that. Quite spacious for the room, though the bathroom is a bit tight. Location wise is strategic and near to everywhere in west Surabaya.

The accommodations do provide us with a very spacious bed enough for 4 people, a TV that does have a limited channel but is still entertaining, and a cupboard that is pretty big to store some of our things. They also provide a parking lot. But, no breakfast is provided. The only complaint I felt during my stay in the bathroom smells bad when I want to use it for the first time. I think they need to improve their maintenance on the facility because I see the bidet spray is not working at all, and the bidet itself needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. Other than that, they also need to improve their cleanliness. The bedsheet is also stained pretty badly. Overall, I guess this is still a very nice place to stay for the short term, considering they give a pretty reasonable price.
