I have a wonderful experience during my 2 nights stay here. Everything just beyond perfect. Their customer complaint handling just spot on! First we planned to stay just for a night, but my daughter loved it here so we decided to spend another night here, we can do many things in this resort because they provide many activities as part of hotel facilities. They provide a tasty blackforest cake as a compliment for my birthday and they surprised me with a cute handcrafted towel as well, which a very thoughtful service they provide during my birthday staycation! We had a pleasure stay because the room exceeded our expectations. The complete modern facilities, cleanliness, vibes, security, staffs are doing their best job. We felt like home during our stay, we have all we need, I can cook and eat whatever I wanted, the bed is large and comfy, each lighting are adjustable, even the bathroom’s air conditioner can be set without interrupting main AC, the hot water always runs smoothly and we have Superindo just a walk away to buy our needs easily. The security guards even helped me crossing the busy road. I would definitely book an executive room again someday.

I think this is the best hotel in bromo. Stay there for family vacation. Beautiful scenery from balcony. Will be back again for next vacation. Hotel's staffs are very kind. Must use jacket when above 2 p. M. (Coldest temp. At night is 13 celcius). The hot water in bathroom is always available.

Luxury villa resort, clean and comfort, friendly staff

I stayed for the new years eve. I searched for available hotels near the city center two days before, and found some good deals in Majapahit Hotels. The reservation went fast, I got great service from the receptionists and staffs. The strategic location was perfect for spending joyful event, without feeling disturbed because the room location was quiet far from the festival. The room was huge and comfortable, with beautiful and classic design, equipped with beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub. I went swimming, Jacuzzi, and sauna. The breakfast was nice, with wide range of choice from local and international menus. The checkout process went fast. Generally speaking, it was worth the price to stay at this 5-stars and historical hotel.

Feels like I’m in my habitat! Place is too awesome to tell - the staff are incredibly thoughtful! For the food! Oh my god I 100% assure you to try! Even the jajan pasar snacks are so good! All the parts of this place are incredible! Feels like I don’t wanna move out to someplace else. I’m staying at the 3 floor level without anything to worry about cause the crew are stand by me 24 hours. The bar have these international wine collection and we can purchase them in glass. Even they deliver it to my room as requested. Hotel tugu malang, I left piece of my heart inside on your amazing antique collection! Definitely coming back soon!

the hotel has many trees surrounding my room which I love, and the staffs are super friendly, the kids activities are great too! and I love my room, it’s so nice and spacious, the room is very well designed, very pleasant to the eyes. love this hotel very much
