There's an interesting rule that applies at Cicalengka Station. If all local train passengers have not yet disembarked, passengers waiting to board are not allowed to enter the platform area. This rule is implemented to prevent passenger congestion around the train doors.
The station only caters to local train trips such as the Commuter Line Bandung Raya and Commuter Line Garut. On average, the passengers boarding at Cicalengka Station include students, schoolchildren, and even employees.
