The Padalarang Station is a rail station complex situated in Kertajaya, Padalarang, West Bandung.  The station is at a height of +695 meters and offers two types of train services: the commuter line run by WHOOSH KAI and the fast train run by Indonesia Fast Train China (KCIC).  Padalarang Station comprises two distinct station buildings with separate duties, although it remains under the operation of KAI.

The station once served as a terminus for the Jakarta-Bandung Railroad, which followed the Bogor-Sukabumi-Cianjur route. Subsequently, following the inauguration of the new road in Cikampek - Padalarang in 1906, the station began accommodating trains originating from Purwakarta as well. The station formerly possessed a total of five railway lines.

For your information,Line 2 serves as the primary route to Bandung and is also the exclusive route to Bogor. Line 3 serves as the primary route for traffic coming from Bandung and is also the only route from Cikampek to Cikampek.

Following extensive renovations in 2023, Padalarang Station built a new structure to accommodate the fast rail passenger transit station. The construction project also altered the lane configuration at Padalarang Station. Currently, Padalarang Station exclusively caters to rail journeys in many directions, including Purwakarta to Cikampek and Bandung to Banjar.
