The last way to reach Seoul is using a taxi. Even taxi is fast and not confusing; the taxi fare in Korea is quite expensive. For the first 2 km, you will be charged ₩3.000, and it will keep increasing per 1 km. For your information, the distance from Incheon Airport to Seoul is about 48 km and after 12:00 AM, there is a 20% additional charge for the taxi.
