The hotel is located near the CBD and is very convenient to walk to the train station, walking distance to CBD central areas such as Chinatown. The reception staff are very friendly and they provide very good service, if you drive there is parking nearby and the hotel supports discount vouchers. The room is small but airy, very neat and clean, fully equipped. For me this hotel is worth experiencing if you want to be in the central area and have a budget price.

I and my sister enjoyed our stay at Regis. Upon arrival, our room was upgraded to standard twin room. The room is quite huge and was cleaned every day. We always get our towel replaced. No sound of elevators and the bed is so comfy. Perfect location for this hotel and you walk to basically any tourist attractions in Sydney.

I arrived very early in the morning with my child who wasn't feeling well. The staff helped us get early check-in. The room was very clean with everything controlled by iPad. Staff was very helpful.
