The vibes, services (kindness) and facility is quite good. I really love the location. But the room cleanliness really need to improve. The room floor felt like are not cleaned yet from the previous guest. I need to clean it in order to get standardized room condition.

Wifi very lousy, plafon payah, maintenance kebersihan agak kurang yah. Kamarnya sih besar, ac nya cikup dingin. Air panas cukup.

The breakfast staff (man) at 18 March 2024 morning with red uniform was unfriendly. Wifi was lack connection at 7 floor, and Cellular data either. Thanks for the welcome snack inside my room. Front office officer was really helpful. Will be back again when I visit Pontianak. Thanks.

Hotel was not well maintained, room standard should be 3 stars instead of 4 stars. Harris as an operator must set high standard to preserve the reputation.

Cheap, clean and room very big and comfortable. FOC breakfast nice. Convenience for parking too. Complicated channel complicated.
