Now the Avani Hotel. I highly recommend staying at Avani, it is centrally located right opposite the night markets. Very convenient to pop back during the midday heat for a cool down in the beautiful pool. Manager Andy, chef Patricia and the whole staff were so friendly and helpful with all requests big and small. Thank you all for a wonderful stay in Luang Prabang

Soutikone 1 Guesthouse

This hotel is located in the alley. Not easy to find from the main road or riverside road. The reception is not always at the counter but there is a number to call. The reception is helpful to assist us to book local trips. Breakfast not included for the price. Room is quiet and clean. Sound from shutting the door is still disturbing from the other room. I think that this is an old quarter with a wooden house. But no recommend this hotel for light sleeper.
