Rembele Airport (TXE) - Rembele Airport is the main airport that operates for Takengon City. This airport only handles domestic airlines which is the Wings Air. For visitors who want to get to Takengon City, the visitors need to take Wings Air from Medan. This airport has one runway and can occupy around 200,000 passengers every year. Rembele Airport is situated about 20.8 kilometres from the city centre. For those riding a taxi, the journey will be approximately about 34 minutes.
