Staff was friendly. Hotel is nice. Except on Sunday morning, pool and breakfast area is always crowded

Was check in around 8pm, was welcomed by friendly staff. No elevator available in the building. Next to bar which create noisy during night time.

Nice and comfortable to stay for vacation or business! Great service too!

Good service hotel and low budget.

We came to Singkawang a day late due to flood, and our initial hotel cannot rescheduled so we had to book another one. Other hotels are fully booked on this date so this was our only option in Traveloka. To our nightmare we had to check out 5 mins after we came in the rooms. We booked 4 rooms in total, all 4 have a disgusting smell, molds growing on the walls (which is dangerous for health), all toilets are dirty and awful smell as well. Water pressure was bad. The bedsheets have stains on them. We instantly went out and searched for homestay instead. Overall, a really bad hotel if you’re going with friends and family. Please improve on the hotel’s hygiene in the future.
