Room 1050, no comfy, there is ants and periodically there banging sound dan there sudden fire alarm ringing at night. So unable to sleep. Functioning not functioning. Maintenance poor maintenance.

The room given to me was dirty, especially the carpet. Toilet not functioning well. The furniture in the room was too old. The ceiling at the toilet room collapsed in the middle of the night. Was shifted to another room for safety reasons. The room offered much better than the last one.

Great Hotel. Great location, near the waterfront, just walking distance. We had an early check in at 9am and also late check out at 5 PM. Thanks for the help and services.

The lobby has no air conditioner, there were holes on the ceiling, the receptionist was not helpful- didn't even look at you when answering. The soap was filled in in a handwash bottle (?). The bedsheet was mouldy. Save your money, don't book this hotel.
