Receptionist is very helpful. Check in 6.00am. Hotel is clean. Refurbished. Just opposite Pahlawan Mall and McD.

Easy Hotel KL Sentral is a budget hotel which is located at very strategic location. It is located next to the KL Sentral station of KL Monorail Line and just opposite the Nu Sentral, a shopping mall which is connected directly to the other parts of KL Sentral station (LRT, Airport express train, KTM Komuter, KTM Intercity, Airport bus, Genting Highland bus, MRT, etc). Nearby the hotel, there are a lot of attractions like Little India, local delicacies (some are operating for 24 hours), mini market, etc which are just walking within distance. Easy Hotel is just a simple hotel which is suitable for transit guests or vacationers who are looking for hassle free hotel. The hotel is suitable for those who are looking for room-only service. The crew members provide warm and hospitable service. Fast check in and check out service are provided. Free WiFi is available for all guests. There is also one lift is provided for guests convenience but the size is quite small. Queue for lift is expected during peak hours. Room is clean and neat. The bed is also quite comfy. Size of the room is small. I booked a room for three persons which is consisted of one double bed and one single bed. The corridor inside the room is really narrow and limited space of luggage. There is a TV set with limited local channels. Tea and coffee making facilities as well as drinking water are provided for free. There is a small refrigerator inside the room. Easy Hotel also provides electricity plug which can accommodate to different types of socket. The hotel also provides Islamic prayer rug for guests. The kiblat signage is also clearly indicated for Moslem guests to perform prayer inside the room. The bathroom is standing shower with hot water shower facilities. Shampoo / bath foam and toothbrush are provided. Room rate at Easy Hotel KL Sentral is affordable and worthed with the quality of stay. They also have a lot of room types from those who can accommodate 2 pax to 5 pax in a room. Some previous guests complained about the noise which caused the uncomfortable stay but I didn't experience that. The whole night sleep was good. The air conditioning was also working well.

Basically what we encountered was quite good, the facilities and services provided. Personally, I don't like bed mattresses and pillows which, in my opinion, are soft. I wanted it harder. Besides that, the bedroom AC is, for me, too cold if you don't use a bedcover.

The room is not clean. I can't keep my luggage when I want to go to Genting, even though I will be back to stay at Ansa after from Genting.
