Very bad rooms, aircon not working, bad maintenance, very bad breakfast (old bread, bad eggs) the staff is cooking, cleaning, repairing and more. Beach is full of bottles! Why just not cleaning own small beach? is very dangerous for kids because of metal rusted parts between the stones. Swimming pool is never cleaned. The manager uses a rainwater reservoir to fill the pool!!!! Only 4 staff for the whole resort! The manager lies constantly. If someone else takes care of this resort, I think it will be awesome. so sad that the owner can ruin such a place. Do not believe the pictures on the websites... They are fake and does not resemble the reality... We booked for a room, that was not available... She told us that she will move ‘the Thai people to that side because Thai people don’t use those facilities’ Shower did not work and was stuck. Seems quality of offers on app is not so important? Warning: There is no restaurant and the nearest place to eat is a 30 min drive or 55 depending on what you would like to eat. There is no restaurant except the very bad breakfast!
