Good service, nice staff also best location.

Very disappointed and angry that all the main facilities are not available as advertised. We would not have chosen this resort if we had know this beforehand. Bar and restaurant closed at 3pm so no chance of enjoying a drink by the beach or pool. No massage facilities (closed), no 24 hour room service as advertised, no mini bar as advertised. The list could go on and on. Restaurant at breakfast dirty cutlery and damaged chipped plates. Not enough staff to provide good service. I felt sorry for the one server who had to work alone during breakfast. Just a very poorly run resort which is advertising facilities that it doesn't have. In my opinion this is cheating people out of money as other hotels in the area have the facilities advertised available at a similar price. Very disappointed and we are awaiting a refund from app.

This place is good 1-2 minutes can walk the beach but the bed was broken not comfortable we reported at the reception but no one come fixed Staff very friendly and the food is excellent.

Good quality, polite staff. Normal breakfast.
