The place was beyond the expectations we had based on the pictures. And it was really a good deal for the price. Service is great as well. We were pampered and felt like we are the only ones checked in.

We really enjoyed our stay in Como Uma Ubud. The location is quite close to the citi center, but not located in the crowded area which gave us private and comfortable stay experience. Like the ideology, Uma means Home, we really feels like we're as comfortable as we're at home but with more facilities:) the breakfast was amazing both in terms of the taste and the restaurant ambience. We also have great ricefield walk experience with helpful guide from Como. There was a beautiful yoga paviliun with amazing Campuhan River sceneries, perfect for those lookinng for different yoga experience. The pool is also very nice, enjoyed our afternoon swim with nice ambience. The best part of course is the hotel amenities. We fell in love with their signature invigorate scent from our welcome Oshibori. Purchased some to take home since we love them very much. Thank you Como Uma Ubud for the very satisfying experience, hope to have another visit in the future.

The room is so big! The ambience of hotel when at night is so nice, the hot water is perfect! Breakfast breakfast is so delicious! Love the swing at pool! Big parking area and staff is so helpful and nice too! Will be back again to stay here for sure!

The service was very poor. I stayed at junior suite. There was no towel, when I asked to sent the towel. Until 30 minutes later no one was coming. I must pick up the towel by myself at the receptionist & it was raining & no umbrella. In the morning on my way to have breakfast I asked to please send the umbrella because it was raining. But the hotel said they don't have. Me and my kid get all wet because the hotel refused to lend an umbrella. Toilet also broken, the water was leaking. Overall this is my first bad experience on my holiday with the very poor staff service.

Place is very dirty, hotel treatment for facility very poor photo at application is older photo, pool is dirty, room is a nightmare, bathroom toilet is broken and staff not responding very well, worst experience hotel in ubud.

We had the worst experience staying here. The property isn't maintained and the staff is clueless and confused and just keep saying sorry without really addressing anything. The room didn't have wifi, the whole day the staff kept saying that it's getting fixed and then when I asked for check out because I had to work which was impossible to do without wifi, they gave me a wifi booster. They could have done this in the morning itself had they cared about customer service but least only did it because of the threat of check out. Breakfast was abysmal, dishes were dirty, bathroom hadn't been cleaned. In short, would be coming back ever.
