• Xiaoling Mausoleum of Ming Dynasty – Visitors should also not miss visiting Xiaoling Mausoleum of Ming Dynasty, or known as Mingxiaoling by the locals. Built-in the year 1431, Mingxiaoling is one of the largest remaining imperial tombs in China. This mausoleum is located at the southern foot of the Purple Mountain and listed as UNESCO world cultural heritage site. Along the 1.8-kilometre Sacred Way path, visitors will be amazed by the sight of stone sculptured animal guards, ministers and generals.
