It was a great experience with my family on our first visit to Kuala Lumpur. We stayed for two nights. The staff were cooperative and responded promptly to any complaints. I chose City Hotel because the hotel is very clean and recommended, especially, and the reality is true, the hotel is very, very clean although not the biggest hotel and the price is cheap but the quality is the best. The office boy named Sajad is very recommended, kind, and friendly to help us pick our bags to the shuttle bus. Good job Sajad, may God bless you.

nice design room, not so big but no so small room, enough for 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby. sadly I am given window room but no view outside. clean. big bed (king size). there's lift, shampoo, soap, shower cap, sanitary bag, hair dryer. no toothbrush and toothpaste. we got 2 free bottles of mineral water but no dispenser for free refill. easy check in although at 3am. next to abc bistro (open 24hrs), 7-eleven, 3min to nu sentral mall to go to kl sentral, monorail station is beside the hotel. and we can keep our luggage after check out.

Arrived at night no problem, front desk is 24 hours, it's easy to go to KL Sentral just across the hotel... and there is a restaurant near the hotel still open at midnight when I arrived, I asked the staff when checking in. It's a nice and clean room. The location is very good. Will be back one day.
