I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. The service was amazing and the staff also. The room is very clean. The most important is the aircon very cool and the bathroom very clean. The location very near the food places. But the location quite far from pavilion if by walk. Suggest you to use grab to go to pavilion or suria KLCC. But overall, i’m very satisfied staying at Hotel Pudu Plaza and very recommended!

Not what We exprected. Its right breide a noisy and Big Road. The sheets was not connected with The duvet, The toilet and the shower misses important parts.

Amazing staff and people in front desk are very kind, helpful and friendly. Thank for your help and patience. Also the housekeeping staff is so kind and clean room properly. Hotel super clean and convenient, bed very confy, super staff, gym is correct. I recommend 100 %.

1. Wifi was under maintenance for the whole building. Survived on mobile data. 2. Receptionist is always missing in action. Called the reception for thousand times. Came down and will need to call the number stated at the front desk even for check-in/out as well. 3. Couldn't find my reservation and I have to wait for them for 40min. Taken the person in charge number from the receptionist. Didn't pick up on purpose. 4. No basic amenities. 5. Saw cockroaches in the room. 6. TV has no channels to watch. 7. Tables are dusty and basin has stain.

I don't mind was given a room at the end of the building and out of sights. What I mind was the sheet is dirty with stain and the room smell bad. Thanks

All the facilities are good and the price is affordable, it 's more economical for those who travel a lot, only one suggestion is a faster check-in process.
