Legazpi City is popularly known as “The city of fun and adventure”. Mt. Mayon, which is a 20 million-year-old active volcano standing high making most of the background of the city. Legazpi Airport - Located in the Bicol Region, the airport is the main entrance to the vicinity of Legazpi, the capital city of Albay. There is a new airport still undergoes construction and scheduled to be open in 2020 which is the Bicol International Airport. The most popular transportation to and from the airport is using a tricycle. A single trip to downtown will take around 10-15 minutes and will cost you around 50 pesos.
