Vacation during long weekend and school holiday. My room located near lift area so it was too noisy at night with children and people voices. Overall services are excellent, room is very clean. Will stay here again next time.

King Superior room, the carpet very dirty, old stuff need to improve, But I love the towels, very clean, soft, water wellabsorbed. The rooms nextdoors very noisy. Please improve your hotel … the location is good, all furniture very old.

Its an old hotel, located in Setiabudi area. The staff are friendly and there 's no problem during check in process. However, the hotel needs to improve the room. I ordered non smoking room but I got smoking room instead. The whole room smells of cigarette even the pillow and bed sheet.

I found Cockroach in a bathroom, and there 's something in my room that I can't tell.

I stayed at Amaris Setiabudi with my husband for business trip for one night. Amaris Setiabudi is a very strategic location hotel. It is very close to local restaurants, local food stalls, pharmacy (thank God, when I needed medicine I just walked for only 5 minutes). Even though it is in the main road it was not noisy. The staffs are friendly. We were able to enter the room before 2pm because the room was ready after we waited 5 minutes. The staffs in restaurant was very patient, helpful and friendly, so we feel home. I like the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Good maintained hotel. Thank You Amaris Setiabudi. We really enjoy and feel safe to stay there.

Room humidity are so high, theres so many black stain on the curtain & wall like moist and mold, and the shower not well-function.

Stay 2 night and it 's was great.
