Ending our one week stay here soon, and would like to say that overall we love this place! Even my dog (a 4.8 kg malchipoo) enjoyed her stay too! From the reception staff to housekeeping staff, they're all very friendly and things are in working order. It's good to know that they have both a washing machine, dryer and even a hanger rack to cater to different people/household needs. What can be improved would be the maintenance of the air-conditioning unit, like the ones in the living room (above the TV) and along the corridor, which was dripping due to condensation? But it works well and cools the living room. However, in both bedrooms that we have, it was so warm to sleep at night. So it'd be great if that issue can be fixed! Besides that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to the next time!

Service was good, called for a replacement kettle as the one in the room was old and there were yellowish/brownish stains at the spout. Staff came with a brand new one (opened the box right in front of me at the door). There were some flying insects that kept appearing in the bathroom, not really where they came from since we killed some but another one would reappear again later. Mookata dinner was good, a good variety of meats and seafood were given together with a mountain of veggies. Thai Milk Tea was not bad either. Buffet style breakfast is back since COVID rules have relaxed but staff was still helpful with serving guests and plating food, even sending it to our tables.

In fact we postponed the stay to 9 March, not without going through a lot of trouble, due to being a close contact of covid case. Lloyd staff Voon was handling this case but she did not handled well. Anyway Our stay was the most basic room and we were given #14. The room is basic and generally clean. What I don't like is the toilet/bath which is open air concept however the neighbor bungalow window could easily see us. The shower curtain are inadequately placed, its just stupid. The TV reception is so bad - considering this is heart of town in SG. Breakfast at the nearby cafe kind of redeem Lloyd a tiny bit - the chocolate banana croissant is very nice. But guess I will not return.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Fraser Suites Singapore. The room was spacious and immaculate, boasting a huge bathroom and an extremely comfortable bed. The inclusion of two toilets was a convenient touch. Additionally, the fast Wi-Fi was perfect for work needs. Highly recommended!

This is not our first time staying at Orchard Parksuites but I never deem it necessary to leave any review prior. The fact that we kept coming back is a living proof of how good this place is for an extended stay (they only allowed booking for more than 6 nights). Our family always love how well maintained this place is kept despite their older building state and especially the convenience of the location (literally across Wisma Atria taxi stand at Orchard). However, this time our experience was more than exceptional, and hence this five-star review. Long story short, we booked a one-bedroom unit this time because it was only going to be my mother-in-law and I. However, they ran out of the one-bedroom in the main building and only had the one-bedroom loft available. We didn’t think it was a big deal since my MIL was only going for a minor eye surgery and will not be an inpatient at the hospital at all. Obviously we didn’t think she was going to be as knocked out as she was six hours after the operation. When we arrived at the lobby the night post operation, I asked for a wheel chair and the manager in duty immediately asked for the porter/security to lend us a hand. The staffs (Ali, Lazitta and another security I forgot to ask the name for) were aware that with the following combined facts (1) I was pregnant and (2) my MIL’s post operation condition, it was extremely inconvenient for us to stay at the loft-style unit (the bed and bathroom are located on the second floor). They immediately reached out to us the next day and offered to upgrade our room to a two-bedroom unit in the main building. The pros were: not only was it larger in size, we don’t have to go up and down the stairs for bed and washroom access. It was perfect! I was immensely impressed with the staffs’ attentiveness and their immediate initiative to upgrade our room. Thank you so much for providing us with an unforgettable experience. Needless to stay, the rest of our stay was as pleasant as always. Please keep up the good work. Your attentiveness and passion in serving your guests will definitely go unnoticed!
