We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was better than expected. Room was spacious & clean. Happy with appliances in the kitchen and also ironing board, very handy! I really enjoy staying at this hotel, there is direct access to the beach. All the facilities at this hotel are very complete, the staff is friendly, there is a beach club (VUE), lots of photo spots, very suitable for choices to stay while in Bali. I will definitely come back here again❤️

The location is preety good! They have medium fridge that help to keep the food. But the room, floor was dirty, used towels still hanging behind the bedroom door, used soap also still left in the bathroom. The sliding door was broken/unlock. The glass was smell and dirty.

Hotel yang family friendly banget, cocok buat liburan bersama keluarga. Cuma mohon lebih diperhatikan kebersihan di koridor2 room kamar.

The hotel 's coridor were very dirty when we checked in. I know it 's high season. But for the price that we also paid higher than normal price, I guess we deserved better & clean environment.

Whatever the reason, you should not use stained sheets for guests. You have to give the best to each of your guests, don't you? Hopefully it doesn't happen again for the comfort of your guests.

Room ✅. Service ✅. Breakfast ✅. Elevator ❌. Elevator already old, our room on 11th floor, suddenly elevator stuck in 7 th floor cannot open the go down again, so we must use stairs to 11th floor from 5th. To bad.
