Hotels near Masjid Tasek Utara

I stay for couple of days with my wife. What needs to be improved was the cleanliness, when we came the floor was so dirty there are lots of unknown hair even from the very 1st day. We didn't complaint on the 1st day since we were very tired and no body cares for cleaning the floor until we complaint.

No response when contact hotel 😅

The front desk lady was very accommodating with a smile. She was very attentive with our needs. Sure I will book again here because very near to MTR and bus station just a few walk away from the hotel.

Let 's start with a positive note: location. And it stops there. I booked the hotel because it was reviewed as best budget hotel (as it was claimed in their official website). Imagine the s whock hen I arrived, It was dingy. Made friends with 3 cockroaches (which I killed 2 at the end). My dorm room at NTU (23 years ago) was better. The fridge did not work, the angle of the (fixed) shower head made it almost impossible to take shower. The main reason I wrote this review is because I was lured to book due to people 's review. That 's why I want to make sure that any future customers are at least aware of what they're getting into.

I heard bad reviews on multiple platforms so I was a bit suspicious. However the stay was satisfactory. The location is ok, near bus stops and MRT. Facility is acceptable, not the best quality but would not hurt for a night or two. Staff was friendly enough.

Not perfect, but good for the price, good location, good dimsum nearby.

I stayed here two times. Everyone is helpful, kind and polite. I had 2am check in and no problem at all (make sure to confirm with them by email or IG). Thanks for having me! 💙.

Very nice hotel & nice view from my room at 18 Fl. The bed room size is excellent for 2 couple person. The only minus is not much food court except for India menus. Location is good as near the MRT & my hospital Farrer.

I booked this for my friends, and they said beside the room is small, it’s only have one electricity station and it used for tv so you couldn't charge anything. The reception is not 24 hours so it’s difficult when you have to check out at 3 a.m, and it’s on 2nd floor, so they have to bring they 25 kgs baggage from 1st floor by stairs. the room literally only have a bad and tv, nothing else. The highlight is only the locations. Very near to jalan besar mrt, foods, and anything else.
