Hutan Lipur Sungai Sedim is a recreational forest about 30 km northeast of Kulim, Kedah. Sungai Sedim, which flows down the hills of southern Kedah, is a tributary of Sungai Muda. The area is being privately developed into an extreme sports recreational centre with sporting activities such as whitewater rafting and tubing. By Plane

If you are travelling by air, the nearest airport is the Penang International Airport (IATA: PEN, ICAO: WMKP), which is an international airport, located in Bayan Lepas, Penang. Kulim is located about one and a half hour drives from Bayan Lepas.

By Car

It is very easy to get to Kulim by car. The North-South PLUS Highway is a modern toll road that runs from Perlis to Johor Bharu. You may take BKE (Butterworth-Kulim Expressway) to get to Kulim and Lipur Forest. This expressway is just few kilometres away from Juru Toll Plaza.
