Luxury Hotels in Kerten, Solo

Baru pertama kali ke fave. Bagus banget pelayanannya, bilang bawa baby dikasih kamar pojok biar tenang dan so far sangat bersih kamarnya. Terima kasih sukses selalu!

Saat dapet kamar nemu 2 ekor tomcat, dikira tomcat nyasar, sempat keluar kamar dan balik ke kamar nemu 4 lagi, akhirnya nelpon resepsionis, direspon cepat untuk pindah kamar, Alhamdulillah kamar yg baru aman dari tomcat. Untuk pelayanan cukup ramah dan respon cepat. Sarapan cukup enak dan lumayan banyak pilihan. Untuk kasurnya menurut saya agak ambles pas ditidurin.

Overall good, rooms cleanness and spacious. Breakfast was avarage taste as other hotels, but the one very special which this hotel is SYARIAH means specially for the married couples or families, and available Sajadah & Mushaf Qur'an in the room and the foods was HALAL guaranteed.

Location was is perfect. However the basic qualities such as free from odor and clean bathroom needs a lot of improvement. Stay with my baby and entire family this time, room where I stay was smelly due to leakage from roof. Suggest they provide hot water dispenser outside the room for public, its not a huge investment but shall appreciate for guest.

Dirty floor, smelly & dirty closet, bed linen is worn out like it hasn't been replaced, sorry I can't seem to recommend it. At last we're move to another hotel, 30 minute stay was enaough. Sorry to say.

The bed was not as good as it looks at the picture. There was only one TV station.
