The Bukit Gambir Jamek Mosque is located in the town of Bukit Gambir, off Serom - Grisek road. How to Get There

By Plane

From KL International Airport (KLIA2) or Subang Airport, get a domestic flight to Senai International Airport. The flight will take about one hour to reach the airport. From the airport, get a taxi to take you to Tangkak. Since Tangkak is in the north part of Johor, the journey from Senai to the small town will take about one hour and 45 minutes driving through PLUS highway.

By Car

From Kuala Lumpur, drive to the south via PLUS highway. Straight ahead and take the exit to Tangkak. The journey will take about two hours.

By Bus

From Kuala Lumpur, get the ticket and ride the bus at South Bus Terminal (TBS) straight Tangkak. The journey will take about two hours. Therefore, it is recommended for you to drive or take the bus instead of taking the flight.

Mount Ledang

Mount Ledang is a national park conserved and preserved by Johor Parks Corporation. It is the highest mountain in Johor state, Malaysia's 64th highest mountain and Malaysia’s 6th most difficult peaks to climb. The mountain is 1276 metres high which equivalent to 4186 feet. To reach the summit, it takes about 5 to 6 hour energetic hike and there are some steep rocky routes to experience with the aid of ropes. Climbers are required to employ a guide from the Ranger's office, which you have to pay RM140 per day for his guidance service. For individual registration to hike, RM13 for Malaysian adult and RM23 for foreigner adult.
