Needed a hotel for my transit trip in Jakarta, was assisted by Irfan and the other team, super friendly, Very accommodating, room was clean and smelt great, will definitely be back when I'm in Jakarta.

It was a bad stay. I was literally sleeping when someone knocked on my door and even attempted to go inside. It was 11:30 PM, and the staff said they wanted to check on the AC, claiming it was broken before. I was rather angry with the situation, as the AC was completely normal. Aside from that, the surrounding rooms had rather eerie sounds and voices that kept me from sleeping that night. I woke up in an angry mood, unable to muster a smile for the staff, and drove away as soon as I could.

. I regret to inform you that my request for a room on a high floor was not fulfilled. Instead, I was allocated a room on the second floor, which happened to be designated for smoking guests. I am perplexed as to why my preference was not accommodated. It is disappointing that despite my specific request, I was not provided with the desired accommodation. This oversight has marred my experience and I hope that such lapses in service can be rectified in the future to ensure a more satisfactory stay for guests.
