Sri Rampai LRT station is a rapid transit station in northern Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was previously known as PUTRA where it started from Kelana Jaya and ended in Gombak. It was also known as Kelana Jaya Line train. It started to operate on 24 December 2010. The station was named after the nearby Taman Sri Rampai housing area. It is located along the border between Taman Sri Rampai and Wangsa Maju. The station next to it is Wangsa Maju, heading to Gombak and Setiawangsa, heading to Kelana Jaya. Since 2017, the line has been extended to Putra Heights which gives allow the people to commute straight from Gombak to Putra Heights, without having to exchange train or transport.
From KL International Airport (KLIA), you can drive straight to Wangsa Maju, Ampang via Maju Expressway or well-known as MEX. The journey will be less than an hour driving at a speed of 100km/h.
From KLIA to Sri Rampai LRT Station, get on to KLIA Express train and get off at Bandar Tasik Selatan. Then, get on Star LRT that heads off to Masjid Jamek. Exchange the train to Gombak-Putra Heights line. Get on the train that heads off to Gombak and you will have to get off at Sri Rampai station.
