Placed in the district of Kuala Nerus, Terengganu, Redang island is one of the largest east coast islands of Peninsular Malaysia. There is a small Redang Airport which is operated by Berjaya Air. It operates direct flights to the island from Kuala Lumpur's Subang Airport and Singapore's Changi Airport.
