The staff not friendly. Came late for check in around 2.30pm. Staff said need to wait because room is not even ready. Waiting unti almost 3.15am. So annoying that the next check out is 12noon. Extra charges will be imposed if late. Not even fair. Hotel should changed this policy.

We came and stay in a group of 18 people and stayed there for 2 nights … Rooms are quite small but fine just for sleep after an all day activities, However, there were 1-2 horor stories from single friends who sleep by himself,

Staff-sangat friendly lagi2 yang tolong buka kan pintu tu. Thank you guys for the hospitality. Room-standard room. Not so huge but enough for 2 pax. Bathroom & toilet-I don't like it much but still okay. The toilet with bidet only no hose. Bathroom shower and shampoo they proive the 3in1 type. Not so good for me. They do provide iron but outside your room. That also not so good for me. Location-good within walking distance to the waterfront, darul hana bridg and svnier shop across the road of the waterfront. Housekeeping-good. Towel is changed everyday. Price-value for money. Breakfast-stay without breakfast.

Really don't know to begin. Because once I step into the hotel lobby already feel uncomfortable at all. Counter also no people over there. Hotel lobby feel very hot. Maybe aircon broke down or what. But counter staff very fast appear and serve me. This one I feel OK. Room condition actually so so. But the bed sheet I feel not so clean at all. Because I see few short hair over the bed sheet even the pillow and the dressing table also got many ants. Overall I just feel this hotel not so clean at all. I choose to stay here because few years ago I got stay here and feel very great. Now totally unbelievable changing.

Not the first time we have been staying in Citadines Uplands Kuching. But seems like it relatively has gotten slightly worse than before. Stayed in a 2 bedrooms accommodation and it was still generally clean and pleasant, but there are some obvious signs of wear around the accommodation. The sofa seats were kind of flat and hardly puffy anymore. The TV programmes were grainy. No dishwashing soap were provided anymore. The gym and laundry room were closed. And pool towels have to be requested from a phone which may take some time. Not that those made the stay unbearably unpleasant, but certainly took off some shine from the brand we used to know.
